We have availability and some thoughts.

For the first time in a while, we've got availability. That's not something I've said in years. If you've got something in the works or want to start something, reach out. We'd love to hear from you.

...I want to acknowledge something I feel right now: the landscape is shifting...

Right now, we're all hearing the siren song of AI. The unrealized potential is intoxicating. It whispers: you could make something brilliant in five minutes for 64 cents. A meme of a toaster that throws up on itself? Viral in an hour. Done before standup. No feedback loops. No strategy decks. No meetings.

Compared to that, consulting feels… known. Predictable. You bring in expertise, you plan, you collaborate, you work a process. You trade speed for certainty. You invest.....BOOOORING lol.

But when the world feels wobbly—when disruption's in the air, planning feels risky—just reacting wins. AI awaits to respond however you like right now. Sans planning. Sans other people. The faster, cheaper, now, no planning, "just ship it" option feels safer.

So yeah, we're feeling that. And maybe you are too.

What's the future of consulting in that world? Honestly, I don't know. I still believe in what we do—strategy with taste, ideas with form. But I understand the appeal of the shortcut right now.

If you're thinking through this too, reach out. If you're building and want it to actually land, reach out. If you've got something real, we've got time.
