Bread Machine Pizza Dough
Dead simple pizza dough using mother yeast and a bread machine. 00 and all-purpose flour blend for the perfect stretch.

Ingredients
- 20g Mother Yeast (from Eataly)
- 2 cups 00 flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp water
Steps
- Add all ingredients to bread machine.
- Run on the dough setting.
- Pull dough out and place in oil-coated containers.
- Let rest for a few hours before using.
Notes
- Uses mother yeast instead of standard active/instant yeast — gives it a more complex flavor
- The 00 + all-purpose blend gives you good stretch with some structure
