Melt Ice

A common loon — nature's most unhinged bird — firing laser beams from its eyes to melt a block of ice. That's it. That's the print. If you need it explained further, this probably isn't for you.

Screen printed by hand on heavyweight archival paper, each pull slightly different because that's how screen printing works and anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. The colors are rich, the registration is tight, and the paper has that satisfying heft that makes you want to hold it up to the light like a weirdo. Signed and numbered edition of 41 — a deliberately odd number because round numbers are boring.
