Dedicate yourself to the craft of learning

A close cousin of curiosity is a dedication to the craft of learning. I've always thought of myself as someone who can learn faster than almost anyone else. And that mindset has served me well. I truly believe that dedicating yourself to learning is a craft in itself. Especially now.

If you're good at learning, there are no barriers. No ceilings. No gatekeepers. Because every new challenge, every shift, every change in tooling or context becomes another opportunity for growth.

If you can learn, you can do. The ability to learn is a superpower. It ties directly to the idea of saying "I don't know yet." You don't have to know everything today. But if you're good at learning, people will trust that you will figure it out. And in a world defined by rapid transformation, that's one of the most powerful things you can offer.
