Balanced team is a meetup discussing anything related to lean startup, agile, user experience, and development. The focus is around creating a balanced team, meaning understanding all aspects of the business in equal relation (not too complicated right?).
Balanced team describes itself as:
Balanced Team is a group of people who are interested in furthering processes and methodologies to create great things. We welcome people who wear many hats (design, development, testing, product management, marketing and sales) and we value multidisciplinary collaboration and iterative delivery focused on customer value as a source for innovation.
Breakout sessions to discuss individual topics.
Sharing insights from our time together.
In this update, all instances of the Event tag have been replaced with the Fragments tag to better categorize content.
